Integrative Bodywork

“NO SYSTEM IN THE BODY WORKS ALONE, NEVER GETS INJURED ALONE, AND NEVER HEALS ALONE."
– DR. PERRY NICKELSTON

Our Approach

Different is Good.

In the late 1800s-1900s, the gray wolf population in Yellowstone was systemically eradicated. The absence of predators created a surge in the elk population, which led to overgrazing of vegetation, particularly willows and aspen trees along the river. These trees not only stabilized the riverbanks but were a preferred food source for the beavers! The decrease in beaver-created wetlands inevitably impacted the aquatic habitats...and it all started with wolves.

The moral of this story is that we are nature, and this is exactly how illness and dis-ease occur in the body. A disturbance in one system can have a cascading effect on our overall health. The "ecosystem approach" of our integrative session works with all systems of the body, which is why our clients love it. It's what we do best, and is (by far) our most popular offering.
